Wanting to bring my skills into better alignment with my values, I moved to Milan to pursue a Master’s in Design Strategy and Innovation. This wasn’t just theory—we partnered with real clients like Haier, Moleskine, and Proox, collaborating directly with VP-level executives. It was here that I sharpened my ability to balance creative design, business objectives, and user needs in complex, strategic contexts.

My hybrid mindset truly began to crystallize during my time at Grinnell College, where I studied Economics and Studio Art as a QuestBridge Scholar. Immersed in a liberal arts environment, I learned to think holistically—approaching problems analytically and creatively in equal measure. I also continued to play football, reinforcing a commitment to teamwork and resilience.
